After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matchups, Camden finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the New Hartford Spartans, falling 19-0. The Blue Devils' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Camden's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for New Hartford, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2.

Camden does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Hartford, their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Chittenango at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Spartans 3.6, the Bears 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
