Soccer Game Preview: Craigmont vs. Ridgeway

The Craigmont Chiefs will square off against the Ridgeway Roadrunners at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Craigmont has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 21 goals over their last three games.

Craigmont's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Raleigh-Egypt with a sharp 7-0 victory. It was an even better day for Mohammad Ali as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Ridgeway's offense. They came up short against Wooddale on Wednesday, falling 9-0.

Craigmont's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Ridgeway, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Craigmont took their victory against Ridgeway when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 5-1. Will Craigmont repeat their success, or does Ridgeway has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
