Soccer Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson lost against Iowa City back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hawks fell just short of the Little Hawks by a score of 2-1. Jefferson have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Iowa City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7-3 record this season.

Jefferson will head out to challenge Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Iowa City, they will welcome Washington at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
