Page has gone a perfect 10-0 against Southeast Guilford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pirates will head out to face off against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Page fell victim to Grimsley and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whirlies. Page have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, it was a classic North v. South duel when Southeast Guilford challenged Northwest Guilford on Tuesday. The Falcons came up short against the Vikings, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Southeast Guilford can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 363rd, while Northwest Guilford are ranked tenth).

Southeast Guilford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Page, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Everything went Page's way against Southeast Guilford in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Page made off with a 9-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
