Organ Mountain extended their postseason success on Friday against Rio Rancho. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rams. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Rams back in October, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Maggie Coats paced Organ Mountain's offense, picking up nine kills. Coats got some help from Gabi Venegas and her 17 assists. Tancee Freeman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Despite the loss, Rio Rancho still got an impressive performance from Emily Griego, who had 15 digs. Another player making a difference was Kayla Dimas, who had 11 digs.

Organ Mountain is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. As for Rio Rancho, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-13.

Organ Mountain didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Volcano Vista on the 14th. Rio Rancho does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
