Basketball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest lost against Tse' Yi' Gai back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Northwest Falcons were beaten by the Tse' Yi' Gai Dine Warriors 59-15.

Aiyana Trujillo had a dynamite game for Tse' Yi' Gai, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 15 boards. With that strong performance, Trujillo is now averaging an impressive 8.1 rebounds per game. Jaden Ramon was another key player, putting up seven points and 13 boards.

Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Tse' Yi' Gai, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-10.

Northwest will be playing in front of their home fans against To'hajiilee at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Tse' Yi' Gai has already played their next match (against Coronado), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
