King fell victim to Calallen and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 17-0 to the Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost five in a row.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1. As for Calallen, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 18-0.

King wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Alice on the 25th. As for Calallen, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-0 win against Tuloso-Midway on the 28th.
