Volleyball Recap: Elgin Comets vs. Temple Christian Pioneers
Elgin won the last time they faced Temple Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Comets blew past the Pioneers 3-0.
One reason for the win was Elgin's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-16, 25-15.
Elgin found their leader in sophomore Jocelyn Wall, who had ten digs and three aces.
Elgin was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Temple Christian only served seven.
