Baseball Recap: Centaurus Comes Up Short

Centaurus was the 10-3 winner over Silver Creek when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors lost 9-3 to the Raptors on Thursday.

Centaurus saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tavian Gomez, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Centaurus has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11-1 record this season. As for Silver Creek, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-9.
