Softball Recap: Hanson Memorial Takes a Loss

Hanson Memorial lost against Beau Chene back in April of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 12-4 to the Gators, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Laila Hidalgo made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Camren Rochel was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.

Hanson Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Beau Chene, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-6.

As of now, neither Hanson Memorial nor the Gators have any future games scheduled.
