Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Rose Mamot and Peyton Earl Lead Palmer to Victory

There's no place like home for Palmer, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the McCool Junction Mustangs on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Palmer was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14.

Palmer was led to victory by Peyton Earl and Rose Mamot. Earl had 13 digs, while Mamot had ten digs.

Palmer was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McCool Junction didn't served any aces.

Palmer's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for McCool Junction, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Palmer has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Nebraska Christian on the 15th. As for McCool Junction, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Newman Grove/St. Edward on the 13th.
