Volleyball Recap: Community School of Davidson Triumphs

Community School of Davidson's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Mooresville Blue Devils as the Community School of Davidson Spartans made off with a 3-0 victory.

Community School of Davidson not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mooresville between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-16.

Community School of Davidson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Mooresville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Community School of Davidson will welcome Woodlawn at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodlawn will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Community School of Davidson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mooresville, they will square off against A.L. Brown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
