Jackson is a perfect 5-0 against Tri-Cities since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Jackson Jaguars will take on the Tri-Cities Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Jackson's offense. They lost 4-0 to North Atlanta on Tuesday. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Tri-Cities also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Woodward Academy on Tuesday, falling 4-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the War Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tri-Cities, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Everything went Jackson's way against Tri-Cities in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, as Jackson made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jackson since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
