Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dresden). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Gleason Bulldogs 48-6. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dresden to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ayden Flora, who picked up 60 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 53 yards and one TD. Another passer making a difference was Bruce Willis, who threw for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Dresden was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 202 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gleason only rushed for -1 rushing yards.

The victory got Dresden back to even at 2-2. As for Gleason, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Dresden will welcome Ripley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gleason, they will square off against Lake County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
