Basketball Recap: Family of Faith Christian Wins Going Away Against Liberty Academy

Family of Faith Christian won against Mid-Moore Christian on Tuesday with 75 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Warriors took down the Liberty Academy Eagles 75-59. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 43-41 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Caison Moore had a dynamite game, putting up 26 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Brendan Tomlin, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten assists.

Family of Faith Christian has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Family of Faith Christian will head out on the road to take on Immanuel Lutheran Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Warriors' contest: after the Warriors face off against Trinity, they'll take on Liberty Academy again at 7:30 p.m. on the 17th.
