Softball Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss

Princeton was the 8-6 winner over Zimmerman when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Thunder by a score of 4-3 on Friday.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Zimmerman, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Princeton will take on Anoka in a tournament on Saturday. The Tornadoes will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Zimmerman, they will welcome Eden Prairie at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
