Volleyball Game Preview: Caldwell Redskins vs. Southern Indians

The Caldwell Redskins will square off against the Southern Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Caldwell will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Caldwell made easy work of Union Local and carried off a 3-0 win.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Caldwell to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jocee Archer, who had nine digs.

Meanwhile, Southern lost 3-0 to Columbiana on Thursday. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Clippers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-15.

Caldwell will need to focus on slowing down Addy Martin, one of several Southern players who made an impact when they last played. She had ten digs.

Southern's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Caldwell, their victory bumped their record up to 14-5.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's match: Caldwell has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 11 aces per game.
