They took a 36-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Liberty Christian Patriots on Saturday. Despite 108 more yards than the Patriots, the Warriors couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Caden Correia, who rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns. Those 165 rushing yards gave Correia a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Pitts, who rushed for 212 yards and a touchdown.

Even though they lost, Almira-Coulee-Hartline was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 414 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Liberty Christian only rushed for 233.

Charlie Branning continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Liberty Christian, rushing for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. Branning is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Joey Isley, who picked up 41 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

With the loss, Almira-Coulee-Hartline broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3. As for Liberty Christian, the victory for them keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Almira-Coulee-Hartline does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Liberty Christian, they will take on Wilbur-Creston-Keller on Friday. Wilbur-Creston-Keller will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Liberty Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
