The Bishop McGuinness Villains lost 3-0 to the Grimsley Whirlies on Thursday. The Villains have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-12.

Bishop McGuinness' loss dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Grimsley, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Bishop McGuinness will head out to challenge Starmount at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Grimsley, they are taking a road trip to take on Southwest Guilford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
