Arapahoe's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They strolled past the Heritage Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 42-28. The high-scoring effort was just what the Warriors needed considering they were shutout in their previous contest.

Heritage lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jamison Seese, who threw for 360 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per attempt. Tanner Terch was Seese's top target, picking up 98 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

The victory got Arapahoe back to even at 1-1. As for Heritage, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1.
