Monrovia is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Friday. They claimed a resounding 35-7 win over Palmdale at home. The Wildcats pushed the score to 35-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Falcons cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, Eagle Rock was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Taft 48-8 at home.
