Baseball Recap: Hockinson Hawks vs. Mark Morris Monarchs
Hockinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mark Morris Monarchs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Monarchs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-4 last Monday.

Graham Learing was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits (and only one walk).
