Baseball Recap: Eagleton College & Career Academy Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Robertson, Eagleton College & Career Academy was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Westmoreland Eagles 6-5.

Eagleton College & Career Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Willard King, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2. Another was Nathan Clemmer, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Eagleton College & Career Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Westmoreland, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.

Coming up, Eagleton College & Career Academy will take on Tellico Plains at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
