Volleyball Game Preview: Bloomfield Bobcats vs. Gallup Bengals + How To Watch

Bloomfield hasn't had much luck against Gallup recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Bobcats will head out on the road to take on the Bengals at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

It was a proper cat-fight when Bloomfield took on Aztec on Tuesday. The Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Tigers.

While Bloomfield had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23, 15-25, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Gallup also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Miyamura by a score of 3-1.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Miyamura scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 21-25, 25-17.

Gallup's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Bloomfield, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Bloomfield came out on top in a nail-biter against Gallup in their previous matchup on October 14th, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
