Football Recap: Woodland Piles Up the Points Against Donoho + How To Watch

Woodland's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 55-6 win over the Donoho Falcons. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Bobcats considering their 13-point performance the matchup before.

Adam Hargett had a dynamite game, rushing for 62 yards and one score, while also throwing for 129 yards and one touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes.

Woodland didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Donoho to a completion percentage of just 48%. The last time the Bobcats' completion percentage was this high was back in August of 2024.

Woodland's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6. As for Donoho, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Woodland will square off against Horseshoe Bend at 9:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will be up against the Generals' rather soft defense (which has allowed 49.44 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Donoho, they will take on Cedar Bluff at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
