Two dominant signal callers in Thaddeus Thatcher and Tanner Vibabul are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Arbor View Aggies will head out to square off against the Las Vegas Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Arbor View comes in on six and Las Vegas on nine.
Arbor View is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Nevada's top teams: Desert Pines, who was ranked 13th at the time (Arbor View was ranked fourth). The Aggies slipped by the Jaguars 56-55 on Friday. The Aggies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Arbor View's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jayden Williams led the charge by picking up 171 receiving yards and one TD. Williams showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 67 yards. Zac Fares was in the mix too, providing Arbor View with two scores.
Meanwhile, Las Vegas' game on Friday was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They blew past Legacy 28-7. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won four matchups by 21 points or more so far this season.
Las Vegas' defense made their presence known, laying out the QB five times. In that department, Justin Romero Jr was the leader with three sacks. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last three games he's played.
Arbor View's record now sits at 6-3. As for Las Vegas, their record is now 9-0.
We should be in store for an exciting game as the two teams have no problem gaining yardage. Arbor View has been on an offensive roll this season, having averaged 393.7 total yards per game. However, it's not like Las Vegas struggles in that department as they've been averaging 369 total yards. With a pair of commanding offenses duking it out, the defenses are going to have their work cut out for them.
Everything came up roses for Arbor View against Las Vegas in their previous meeting back in September of 2021, as the squad secured a 44-0 victory. Will the Aggies repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
