Volleyball Recap: Cadillac Takes a Loss

Cadillac was the 2-1 winner over Roscommon when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings fell just short of the Bucks by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Cadillac sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 22-25, 18-16.

Sophia Clough paced Cadillac's offense, picking up eight kills. Clough got some help from Isabelle Brown and her 13 assists. Gabi Schepers controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cadillac's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Roscommon, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-0.

Coincidentally, Cadillac and Roscommon will both be playing McBain the next time they take the court. The Bucks will host the Ramblers at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 9:00 p.m.
