Volleyball Recap: Ponderosa Victorious

Ponderosa saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Cardinal Newman Cardinals by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bruins.

The victory got Ponderosa back to even at 4-4. As for Cardinal Newman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ponderosa will head out to challenge Rio Americano at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Cardinal Newman will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ukiah at 5:30 p.m. on March 27th.
