Volleyball Game Preview: North Rock Creek Cougars vs. Enid Plainsmen

The North Rock Creek Cougars will square off against the Enid Plainsmen at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. North Rock Creek will be strutting in after a victory while Enid will be coming in after a defeat.

North Rock Creek is headed into the match having just posted their closest win since August 28th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Tecumseh 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

Meanwhile, Enid was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Choctaw, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Plainsmen have suffered since August 21st.

North Rock Creek's victory bumped their record up to 18-9. As for Enid, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.

North Rock Creek couldn't quite get it done against Enid in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
