Soccer Game Preview: Hanford vs. Pasco

Hanford is 0-10 against Pasco since March of 2019 but things could change on Thursday. The Falcons will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Hanford's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Hanford turned things around against Kamiakin on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Braves, sneaking past 3-2.

Meanwhile, Pasco had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.2 goals) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Blue Devils a 4-0 shutout. Pasco might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by three goals or more this season.

Pasco's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. As for Hanford, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
