West Stanly is 9-1 against Mount Pleasant since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Colts will welcome the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. West Stanly will be strutting in after a victory while Mount Pleasant will be coming in after a loss.

West Stanly's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Parkwood.

Luke Jacobi and Braylan Honeycutt scored both of West Stanly's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against Monroe, falling 10-1. Mount Pleasant were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 6-0.

West Stanly's victory bumped their record up to 5-9-1. As for Mount Pleasant, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

West Stanly beat Mount Pleasant by a goal in their previous meeting back in September, winning 4-3. Will the Colts repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
