Grafton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Slinger Owls a 3-0 shutout. Grafton's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Grafton now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Slinger, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-2.
