Soccer Recap: Guyer Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Guyer was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Marcus Marauders could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Guyer's draw gives them a new season record of 4-4-1. As for Marcus, they moved theirs to 6-2-2.

Guyer didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Little Elm on the 4th. Marcus has also already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Flower Mound on the 4th.
