Volleyball Recap: Marsing Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Ontario last Saturday, Marsing came back down to earth. The Huskies fell just short of the Homedale Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Huskies in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost three in a row.

Marsing started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 24-26, 25-19, 25-21, 15-3.

Marsing's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Homedale, they pushed their record up to 4-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marsing will face off against Melba at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Homedale, they will host Payette at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
