Recap: Maine-Endwell Spartans vs. Saugerties Sawyers        
        
		
            
 The Maine-Endwell Spartans had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against Saugerties by a score of  59-47  on Sunday. The  victory was familiar territory for Maine-Endwell who now have four in a row.
 Despite the  loss, Saugerties saw an underclassman step up:  Jack Parisio  scored 16 points along with two  blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ty Van Valkenburg, who  scored 12 points along with seven  rebounds.
 Maine-Endwell has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record  this season. As for Saugerties, their loss dropped their record down to 14-11.
 Maine-Endwell's road trip will continue as they head out to face Glens Falls at 9:00  a.m.  on March 15th. One thing working in Glens Falls' favor is that they have posted big  point totals  every time they've taken the court this season. Saugerties does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
