Madison Central lost to Lewisburg back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Madison Central Jaguars came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lewisburg Patriots, sneaking past 9-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jaguars.

Madison Central's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lewisburg, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madison Central will welcome Brandon at 6:30 p.m. on March 3rd. As for Lewisburg, they will be playing at home against Lafayette at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Lewisburg is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10 runs per game this season.
