Baseball Preview: Baylor Red Raiders vs. McCallie Blue Tornado
For the second straight game, Baylor will face off against McCallie. The Red Raiders will take on the Blue Tornado at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Baylor has seven straight wins, McCallie has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Back at the plate, Baylor got a massive performance out of Chris Renegar, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave Renegar a new career-high in hits (three). Another player making a difference was Mac Morris, who went 3-for-6 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.
Baylor always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .617. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McCallie only posted an OBP of .265.
Baylor pushed their record up to 18-5 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.6 runs over those games. As for McCallie, their loss dropped their record down to 10-15.
