Head-Royce won the last time they faced Redwood Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. The Jayhawks came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jayhawks.

While Head-Royce might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Redwood Christian scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 19-25, 25-23.

Head-Royce's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Redwood Christian, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Head-Royce and St. Joseph Notre Dame will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Redwood Christian, they will square off against Bentley at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
