It was a good run, but Trigg County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the Crittenden County Rockets and fell 56-20. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 158th, while the Rockets are ranked 27th).

Trigg County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Crittenden County, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.
