Volleyball Recap: Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southern School of Energy and Sustainability was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the J.F. Webb Warriors. Spartans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Warriors since Monday.

Southern School of Energy and Sustainability's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for J.F. Webb, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-4 record.

Southern School of Energy and Sustainability and J.F. Webb could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings. The Spartans will square off against Durham Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (453 vs. 140). Meanwhile, J.F. Webb (ranked 328th) will meet Seaforth (ranked 71st) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
