Recap: Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders vs. Old Mill Patriots
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders had no problem doing just that on Friday. They had just enough and edged Old Mill out 30-28. The win was familiar territory for Eleanor Roosevelt who now have ten in a row.
Eleanor Roosevelt was led to victory by Kamal Ali and Donte Howard. Ali rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown, while Howard rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns.
Eleanor Roosevelt's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Old Mill, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-2.
Eleanor Roosevelt will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Wise. Wise will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak. Old Mill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
