Basketball Recap: Barberton Takes a Loss

Barberton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Revere Minutemen, falling 49-27. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Magics this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-33 back in December of 2024.

Barberton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Revere, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-11.

When Barberton and Revere next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Barberton will square off against Copley and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Revere will try to stop Highland's 16-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
