Volleyball Recap: Northeast Jones Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Northeast Jones was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the East Central Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

Northeast Jones now has a losing record of 11-12. As for East Central, their victory bumped their record up to 16-18.

Northeast Jones has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Newton County on the 27th. As for East Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against St. Patrick on the 29th.
