Volleyball Recap: Routt Catholic Takes a Loss

Routt Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers. The Rockets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cavaliers from their previous meeting back in August of 2018.

Routt Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for LaSalle-Peru, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Routt Catholic will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Hartsburg-Emden at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for LaSalle-Peru, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Glenwood on the 29th.
