Softball Recap: South Hagerstown Comes Up Short

South Hagerstown was the 15-2 winner over Northern Garrett when they last played one another back in April of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Rebels came up short against the Huskies on Saturday, falling 14-1.

South Hagerstown's loss dropped their record down to 6-5-1. As for Northern Garrett, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Hagerstown will head out to challenge Linganore at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northern Garrett, they will take on Meyersdale at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Huskies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Raiders have averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
