Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Pearl City walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Polo Marcos on Saturday, sneaking past 43-41. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Pearl City pushed their record up to 14-18 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points over those games. As for Polo, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-12.

Coming up, Pearl City will square off against River Ridge/Scales Mound at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Polo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
