Basketball Recap: Riverside Indian Comes Up Short

The Riverside Indian Braves were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 50-46 to the Amber-Pocasset Panthers.

Riverside Indian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Amber-Pocasset, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Riverside Indian and Amber-Pocasset will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Braves see the court they'll take on Washington on December 2. As for Amber-Pocasset, their break will end when they face Comanche at 6:30 p.m. on December 2.
