Basketball Game Preview: Jenkins Warriors vs. Beach Bulldogs

Jenkins and Beach are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Jenkins Warriors will look to defend their home court on Saturday against the Beach Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m.

On Friday, Jenkins was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 54-53 to Johnson. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Atomsmashers 18-11 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Beach, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Islands by a score of 60-50 on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Bulldogs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Beach's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Jenkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.
