Basketball Recap: Otterville Takes a Loss

After flying high against La Monte on Tuesday, Otterville came back down to earth. The Otterville Eagles received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 51-35 to the Kingsville Tigers. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Otterville now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Kingsville, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Otterville will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stover at 7:30 p.m. on February 10th. As for Kingsville, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
