You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Northside on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights out of the water with a 54-15 final score. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Kamryn Knowles was her usual excellent self, putting up 16 points and six steals. Those six steals gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Carlee Bates, who posted seven points and four steals.

Northside smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 15 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Northside pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
